Awesome swims at today's Pentathlon Swim at U.H.
A whopping 55% of Aloha swims were personal best times
(compare to the total meet average of all teams: 46%).
And LOTS of new standards were achieved.
Keep up the great attitudes and hard work.
Special shout out to Alexus who achieved her first QUAL time today.
Way to go Alexus!

Aloha to today's BC swimmers and families,
Bronze, Silver and Gold swimmers continue to rack up boat loads of best times, BIG time drops, and new standards.
Our newest swimmers have amazed us with awesome first time swims, already achieving several A and B times.
Keep up the great work and fantastic attitutes at your swim workouts.
