When you registered with USA Swimming, you started getting Swim gear catalogs, and other Swim magazines, "SPLASH", etc. Coach Kristin has requested than any swimmers who have magazine pictures of swimmers, swimmers in action, or any other cool swim magazine pictures, to please bring them to her anytime during the next week or two. Or even pass the entire magazine, if you're done with it. I think she's got a project in mind...... making some kind of visualization poster project or something.

Aloha Aquatics Swim Parents,
If you and your swimmer would like to learn more about the swim meets, or if you'd like to learn and grow as a swim parent volunteer, and get involved in the sport, this is a great opportunity to check out the volunteer official positions.
Bring your swimmer (they need swimmers to practice their dives and turns, as examples) and spend your Sunday morning with this great group of volunteers. The lower level, BC and ABC meets in particular, are in URGENT need of volunteers.
You'll be trained to call DQs on turns and starts, and will shadow an experienced official, for several meets, or until you are deemed qualifed to officiate on your own.
